Job Summary
The 11400 Federal Sales department is seeking a driven individual with strong communication and organizational skills to join our growing Sales team. This position will focus on new account setups, order entry, order support, and quotes support for federal agency customers. This is an in-office position with the possibility of remote work up to 2 days/week after the initial 90-day training period.

Founded in 2008, 11400 LLC is a partnered company with Clark Associates and is a reputable distributor of commercial kitchen equipment headquartered in Lancaster, PA. Since our establishment, we have experienced remarkable growth in the foodservice equipment industry. In 2013, we expanded our reach by opening an office in Charlotte, NC, serving the entire Eastern Seaboard. By 2019, we established a dedicated Direct Sales department, catering to end users across all 50 states. We were awarded a GSA contract in 2021, and continue to supply equipment and resources to a vast array of federal agencies. Responsibilities
An Order Support Coordinator adds value to the team by communicating directly & promptly with our customers, and by supporting other Sales and Project Management staff.

- Regularly review and identify bid opportunities posted on bid portals
- Respond to customer account inquiries via email and phone
- Accurately prepare and submit bids by specified deadlines
- Enter new orders into our project ordering system
- Obtain quotes from installers, representatives, and manufacturers through email & phone communication
- Ensure customers have complete & current order status
- Onboard new customers
- Investigate item delays and other order issues
- Create and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with internal departments to process orders, research lead times, and resolve issues
- Work with vendors, carriers, and distribution centers to ensure order fulfillment
- Follow up on the resolution of order and shipping errors
- Assist with time sensitive shipping order modifications
- Process credit card transactions as needed
- Build familiarity with federal contracting regulations and guidelines
- Undertake special projects and assignments as needed
- Attend trainings, industry shows, and trade shows as directed
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, order entry, sales support, or a similar office-based role preferred
- Experience communicating with customers or vendors by phone and email preferred
- Experience using computers for email, data entry, and web-based systems preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines preferred
