Work Environment

This position requires a day shift, weekday schedule, in our Lancaster, PA office Tuesday through Thursday, remote Monday and Friday.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers have complete, current order status

• Onboard new customers

• Investigate item delays

• Determine the fulfillment method of incoming orders

• Create and maintain customer records

• Collaborate with internal departments to process orders, research lead times and resolve issues

• Work with vendors, carriers and distribution centers to ensure order fulfillment

• Follow up and resolution of order and shipping errors

• Assist with time sensitive shipping order modification

• File and manage carrier damage claims

• Contact customers regarding all invoices past due

• Process credit card transactions as needed

• Respond to customer account inquiries

• Work with Account Managers to collect on invoices due

• Clear accounts of miscellaneous items

• Generate and send customer statements of account

• Reconcile customer accounts with unapplied payments and adjustments

• Monitor and report department metrics, including profitability
