Responsibilities

- Define and implement a comprehensive strategy for the segment, driving success in key performance metrics across all sales channels, including eCommerce, stores, and specialty channels, with a focus on sales growth, profitability, and develop forecasting to inform strategy.
- Collaborate across departments and sales channels to meet enterprise-wide strategic objectives
- Direct teams to effectively manage all category and vendor functions essential for achieving overarching business objectives, while nurturing a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Manage all critical segment functions including negotiations, pricing strategy, sourcing determinations, product quality assurance, and utilizing data to inform decision making ensuring operational excellence.
- Cultivate a work environment that empowers teams to succeed and operate autonomously, while promoting the company’s vision, values, and culture. Maintains performance expectations of team members.
- Oversee the hiring, evaluation, and supervision of multiple teams within the segment. Prioritize and delegate responsibilities while supporting the professional development of team members at all levels. Works collaboratively with other teams, including across channels.

Qualifications
Experience
- 5-10 years' experience in product or category development, purchasing, supply chain management or marketing
