Job Summary
Are you interested in starting a career with one of central PA’s fastest growing companies? We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with experienced Sales Executives, Estimator and Project Teams to help our projects go from budgeting to contract. This is an early-career role designed to develop the next generation of Sales Executives through hands-on exposure to foodservice equipment, construction sales, and account management.

Responsibilities
- Assist in assembling proposals, equipment lists, and pricing packages
- Review project estimates and develop proposals for commercial kitchen projects.
- Help track bid deadline, revisions, and approvals
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively push opportunities through our sale’s cycle.
- Coordinate between sales, estimating, design, and project management
- Assist Estimating as needed
- Develop and strategize cost saving opportunities to increase company’s profit margins.
- Participate in sales calls and presentations.
- Gain understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to our partners.
- Maintain accurate records and update company’s CRM platform.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
- Experience in commercial food service equipment is not required.
Education
