As a Routing Analyst, you will be the guardian of our order fulfillment logic. You’ll play a critical role in determining which warehouses ship our customer orders, ensuring every decision aligns with our company’s strategic and financial goals. Responsibilities
- Metric Ownership: Build and monitor dashboards for order allocation variances and shipping cost discrepancies.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform deep dives into non-ideal shipments to identify systematic issues or anomalies.
- Solution Development & Execution: Bridge the gap between technical routing logic and business outcomes; translate analytical findings into practical routing or process changes, implementing solutions that improve allocation accuracy, cost efficiency, and operational performance that evolve with shifting business needs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the bridge between Procurement, Operations, and Outbound Transportation to proactively address allocation concerns.
- System Validation: Act as the final validation point for routing logic updates, confirming changes perform as intended.
- Strategy Reporting: Lead stakeholder meetings to present performance metrics and project updates.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
- 2+ years in routing logic, operations analysis, or data analysis, translating insights into implemented solutions, and an expert in MS Excel.
Education
