Job Summary

The Data Analyst for Product Compliance & Legal Operations will partner closely with compliance, legal, procurement, and various other teams, to turn complex, fragmented data into clear insights that improve decision-making, reduce risk, and increase operational efficiency. 


The Data Analyst role is full-time and reports to the Systems & Data Optimization Lead. The role is hybrid based in Lancaster, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for compliance outreach, regulatory response timelines and SLAs, product and vendor compliance data, and legal and risk-related metrics 
  • Translate raw data into clear insights and executive-ready summaries 
  • Identify trends, gaps, bottlenecks, and risk indicators 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements   
  • Integrate data from multiple sources for comprehensive reporting  
  • Ensure reports are user-friendly, accurate, and visually appealing 

Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3-5 Years of Experience in a Similar Role

Education

This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.

Desired Traits & Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI). 
  • Ability to translate complex datasets and provide actionable insights 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple and concise way to ensure ease of understanding 
  • Strong attention to detail and data integrity 
  • Familiarity with legal operations and product compliance processes is a plus
