Who are We?  

Clark National Accounts, a division of Clark Associates, has recently joined forces with Clark Pro, expanding our reach across industries including Restaurants and Retail, Entertainment, Senior Living, Hospitality, Business and Industry, Casinos, Health Care, and Higher Education. We provide equipment, supplies, project management, and, most importantly, partnership for our customers across these verticals.  

Please note: You may see this role posted over an extended period of time. Our Project Services team is growing rapidly, and we’re conducting rolling hiring to fill multiple Project Manager positions as we scale. We review applications regularly. 


Key Role Highlights  

Our Project Managers play a critical role in ensuring that our customers’ new locations open as scheduled. Your daily work will include reviewing project specifications, quoting kitchen equipment and supply needs, and overseeing the coordination, delivery, and ultimate success of each project. The Project Manager then remains the central point of contact for our customers during their first 30 days of operation.   

Successful project completion includes customer satisfaction, nailing profitability targets, and a commitment to continued improvements in process, efficiency, and customer retention. In addition to overseeing projects in their entirety, Project Managers will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships with customer brand stakeholders.  


Travel Requirements  

Occasional travel to company, vendor, or customer locations is an important component of success in the role, and may be required between 5%-20%, based on partner needs.

Hybrid: We believe in building strong team connections through in-person collaboration, while maintaining the flexibility of remote work. This position is located in our Lititz office (30 Citation Lane, Lititz, PA 17543), with two in-office days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, solution-focused customer relationships: Partner with customers to identify tailored solutions that drive revenue growth and profitability. Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders through clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive support.  
  • Own project quoting and scoping: Produce accurate, high-quality project quotes by reviewing specifications and understanding kitchen equipment and supply needs.  
  • Oversee end-to-end project coordination: Manage timelines, logistics, and communications across internal teams, customers, and third-party partners (e.g., warehouses and installers) to ensure seamless execution and successful project delivery.  
  • Leverage product knowledge and clear communication: Act as a knowledgeable resource for customers and internal teams, providing expert guidance on kitchen equipment and supply needs and project logistics.  
  • Think critically and solve problems proactively: Anticipate challenges and develop practical, customer-focused solutions by analyzing project needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.  
  • Use data to inform decisions: Gather, interpret, and act on data to make well-informed project recommendations and continuously improve outcomes.  
  • Champion operational excellence: Identify and implement process improvements that increase team efficiency and elevate the customer experience.  
  • Maintain organized, transparent project tracking: Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, SharePoint, Loop) to ensure up-to-date documentation, task visibility, and data quality across all stages of the project.  
  • Collaborate across teams for brand success: Work cross-functionally with teams like Logistics, Data & Analytics, Account Management, Sales, and Platform to deliver a cohesive and impactful experience for our partner brands. 


Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience: We’re seeking a candidate with foundational professional experience. We value new perspectives, adaptability, and strong communication and organizational skills - regardless of where they were developed.
