We’re seeking a Product Owner to own the vision, value, and execution of our platform’s most impactful initiatives. Reporting to the Platform Manager, you will own the product backlog and ensure every item drives measurable customer value and business results. You will serve as the single point of truth between business stakeholders and the development team, translating high-level objectives into clear, actionable work for the team.
The Product Owner will actively shape the roadmap, make prioritization decisions based on value and feasibility, and ensure delivery aligns with the overall product strategy. You’ll champion the “why” behind every feature, guide the team through sprint cycles, and continuously refine the backlog based on learning and feedback.

- Own and communication the product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Prioritize and refine the product backlog to maximize value delivery, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business impact
- Oversee project features and product backlog items to ensure items are well defined and ready for development
- Make prioritization decisions and be accountable for what gets built and why
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the business and the development team.
- Partner with stakeholders and Product Analysts to gather feedback and translate it into actional product improvements
- Conduct customer research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform backlog priorities
- Track product performance and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value
- Champion product adoption internally and externally by driving understanding and enthusiasm for product capabilities
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.

Qualifications
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analyst role with proven track record of success
