This role focuses on IT systems analysis and plays a critical part in supporting our business growth and meeting the purchasing needs of foodservice professionals around the world.

Responsibilities
As a Software Business Analyst, you will be:
- Collaborating effectively within a team-oriented, innovative environment.
- Analyzing business processes and gathering requirements for project initiatives.
- Creating user stories and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts.
- Partner with stakeholders and product owners to validate business needs and define development priorities.
- Serving as a liaison between business teams and the software development department.
- Working closely with software engineers and QA to enhance solutions and ensure they meet acceptance criteria.
- Facilitating meetings and performing Scrum Master responsibilities as needed.
- Coordinating development efforts across multiple teams to align with project goals.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
We are looking for driven, motivated candidates who have:
- 3+ years of experience in a professional Business Analyst role.
- Thorough understanding of and/or hands-on experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and its role in managing development workflows.
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for technology, e-commerce, and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to learn and understand a wide range of business functions.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with event sourcing concepts or event-driven architectures is a plus.
