Job Summary
11400 Direct Sales has an immediate need for a Project Manager. This position is responsible for working directly with equipment manufacturers and installers to ensure accurate and efficient completion of orders and projects sold by the Direct Sales team.

Responsibilities
- Communicate specifications, schedule and requirements to install teams nationwide
- Comprehensive record keeping using company provided software and tools tools to ensure effective communications and data quality.
- Manage timely and effective correspondence with all project team members
- Coordinate submittal packages including schematics, spec books, rough ins, utility schedules, and project schedules with customer teams and installation contractors.
- Review design documents for accuracy and proposal compliance
- Support and positively affect business revenue and profitability
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and communication skills to provide guidance to our customers and coworkers
- Use critical thinking to develop solutions for fulfillment and project issues
- Analyze and interpret project data and customer needs
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Work Environment
This position requires a day shift, weekday schedule, in our Lancaster, PA office Tuesday through Thursday, remote Monday and Friday.
Qualifications
Experience
Prior experience in service, construction, manufacturing, architectural or design industries is a plus.
No experience in commercial food service is expected.
Education
This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.
