Job Summary

Clark Associates is seeking a warm, enthusiastic team player to join our growing company as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors at the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Answer and redirect phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and maintain office supply inventory.
  • Ensure shared spaces on campus are clean, organized, and professional, supporting overall hospitality efforts.
  • Provide assistance with employee café operations as needed.
  • Support campus events, company communications, and other initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain tracking systems, calendars, and other tools to efficiently manage assigned tasks and projects.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong active listening abilities.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and capable of problem-solving independently.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and collaborative team player, willing to assist others as needed.
  • Professional demeanor and emotional maturity in all workplace interactions.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.
