Job Summary
The Inventory Recovery Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Reverse Logistics workflows and initiatives at their location(s). The Inventory Recovery Assistant Manager leads the team of Inventory Recovery Coordinator(s) and acts as the functional point of contact for local/building management. This role provides collaborative focus and direction that aligns with the overall Reverse Logistics goals of returns, reselling, and repairs.

Responsibilities
- Support focus around high-dollar equipment returns
- Conduct new hire training?alongside the Training and Development Specialist/Content Team
- Document and uphold local RA/IR processing and resale accountability initiatives
- Provide local direction, support, and clarity around current and future returns workflows
- Collaborate with the Reverse Logistics Operations Manager to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure all sales listing notes and photos meet Reverse Logistics resale expectations
- Oversee local resale platform management and timelines
- Local Scratch and Dent inventory management
- Collaborate with local departments to ensure timely Outlet and eBay purchase shipments
- Oversee local scrap initiatives and payouts
- Local technician repair log accountability if necessary
- Collaborate with local management to ensure policy compliance
- Act as the primary POC for local ops to ensure RTS inventory is properly cycled
- Identify and implement stocking solutions for all Reverse Logistics inventory
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
- Two years of relevant management experience preferred
- Experience working in a distribution environment preferred
