As a Data & Analytics Intern, you’ll roll up your sleeves with real business data, assist in developing dashboards, and support projects that drive decision-making across the company. You’ll also work alongside experienced analysts and cross-functional partners, gaining exposure to the tools, processes, and collaboration that power data-driven organizations.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of dashboards, charts, and reports to present analytical findings.
- Support data analysis efforts to identify key trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for optimization.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and summaries that highlight actionable insights.
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into data-focused tasks and solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning meetings to strategize approach to upcoming work items.
- Document methodologies, processes, and findings to ensure consistent knowledge sharing within the team.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
Education
