The Field Coordinator provides a critical link in fulfilling our service promise to our customers. While in the field, this position will represent Clark National Accounts at our customer’s locations, providing support in receiving project orders or taking measurements and pictures in the facility to prepare for future projects. This role may also inspect completed work in the field, performing walkthroughs or 3PL partner audits and evaluations. This hands-on position requires up to 50% travel along with strong organizational, logistical, and problem-solving skills to ensure project success.
When not travelling, the role will provide support to our Project Solutions team by completing quotes, sourcing product alternatives, and arranging and coordinating installations.

Responsibilities
- Function as the CNA representative during selected deliveries on-site at the customer’s location
- Perform receiving, product check-in, and inventory functions, ensuring that the order is complete and effectively resolving any item issues
- Manage the work of 3rd party logistics companies and installers while on-site, ensuring that their work meets project requirements and complies with any specific customer protocols
- Provide front line issue resolution with any project deficiencies
- Produce project recaps and retrospectives, continually seeking and recommending opportunities to improve our service offering to our customers, our efficiency, and ultimately our profitability
- Provides project/delivery data and reporting as required to our teams or customers
- Completes project walkthroughs and punch list reviews to ensure successful project completion
- Carry out asset inventory, measurements, and condition assessments of customer facilities
- Conduct periodic audits of 3rd party consolidator and installer performance
- Support our Project Solutions team with the coordination of installations, item research, and quote preparation
- Perform short term project work assignments.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
- Customer facing work experience is highly desired
- Work history in shipping/receiving and inventory control is desirable
- The role requires up to 50% travel, including overnight, plane and car travel
- A valid drivers license is required
