Unlike most in the e-commerce arena, almost all of our technological design, development, and systems management is done in-house, allowing us to create custom solutions within an ever-changing market. This consistent, organic growth is why we have a need for a Site Reliability Manager looking to further their career. This role focuses on supporting our web application development and e-commerce teams and is a key part of growing the many facets of our business.

Responsibilities
As a Site Reliability Engineering Manager, you will be:
- Working effectively in a collaborative and innovative team-oriented environment.
- Responsible for hiring and growing the team.
- Mentoring and managing performance of approximately 10 direct reports to facilitate career goals
- Organizing and managing timelines, which includes collaborating with Development, BA, QA and other IT teams.
- Actively contributing to code reviews, architecture decisions and process improvements.
- Ensuring our fun and open culture is preserved.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
We are looking for driven, motivated candidates who have:
- 6+ years of proven expertise in leading and managing teams.
- A background running infrastructure at scale with a strong working knowledge of web development.
- Leading teams using Linux, Kubernetes, Prometheus, OTEL, and other cloud native technologies.
- Project Management Lifecycles (Agile -Scrum/Kanban and Waterfall).
- A solid understanding of both on premise and cloud based (Azure) solutions.
Education
