Job Summary
Applicants for this position must be located within a one-hour drive of Lancaster, PA to be considered, and be able to communicate effectively in Turkish or Vietnamese.
Global Sourcing Analysts are responsible for identifying and researching international suppliers, vendors and products. They also work to negotiate pricing, quality, and terms with overseas suppliers. This position is full-time and located in Lancaster, PA, but is hybrid-friendly, at manager's discretion, for those within a 1-hour driving radius.
Global Sourcing Analysts serve Clark’s procurement division, which buys products for our various distribution channels (industry leading Ecommerce platform WebstaurantStore.com, The Restaurant Stores, Clark National Accounts, Clark Food Service Equipment, and 11400, Inc.). In 2024, we reached $3.6B in sales from a catalog of 450K+ SKUs.

Responsibilities
- Identifying and researching quality international manufacturers and products that align with Clark business needs
- Conduct landed cost analysis and competitor shopping
- Support different category and vendor team on sourcing projects as needed
- Negotiating price, product quality, and terms with product manufacturers in foreign countries
- Reviewing potential new supplier's business, quality, compliance and social audits
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
- Strong computer skills; emphasis in Excel
- Business Proficiency in English is required
- Must be able to communicate effectively with vendors in Turkish or Vietnamese
Education
- Global Sourcing Analysts frequently have education in International Business, Business Management, Supply Chain, Business Logistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field.
