Clark Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Merchandising Intern to support the continued growth of our product categories. This full-time internship is based in Lancaster, PA, for candidates within a one-hour driving radius.
As a Merchandising Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in product research, vendor coordination, and web content optimization. You’ll assist in identifying new product opportunities, supporting product launches, and analyzing performance metrics such as sales, gross profit, and quality. Your work will help ensure our customers have access to accurate, compelling product information and contribute to strategic decisions that impact inventory and fulfillment.

Responsibilities
- Assist with new product research, comparisons, and setup to support timely and accurate launches
- Help analyze category performance by reviewing sales, gross profit, and quality trends
- Support the creation and enhancement of product pages to ensure compelling and accurate web content
- Collaborate with team members to maintain up-to-date product information and optimize merchandising strategies
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve product visibility, customer experience, and operational efficiency
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
