Job Summary
We are seeking a candidate to fill a full-time building maintenance position. The candidate must have a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems and must also be able to perform minor building repairs and preventative maintenance. Starting pay is negotiable based on experience level. Management evaluates employee performance on an annual basis and offers bonus payouts to eligible employees. Working hours are M-F 12pm to 8pm (negotiable).

Responsibilities
- Candidate will be provided a company vehicle, phone, and tools during working hours.
- Candidate expected to demonstrate a basic knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Expect to perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections on building systems.
- Building cleaning may be required to include floors and appliances.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
- Two years of building maintenance experience desired but not required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Education
