Responsibilities
- Champion Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to support customer-centric initiatives and execute tactical marketing plans.
- Turn Insights into Action: Gather and analyze customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and panels—then translate findings into clear, actionable strategies.
- Drive Campaigns: Plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns that promote product adoption and align with business goals.
- Manage the Calendar: Own the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of promotions and campaigns across targeted markets.
- Support Creative Execution: Assist in preparing digital and print marketing materials, and collaborate with design and content teams to bring ideas to life.
- Proof & Polish: Review marketing assets for accuracy, brand alignment, and impact.
- Measure What Matters: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry and marketing trends to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
- Communicate with Impact: Use strong organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience preferred, in marketing or any field related to category management, product development, product positioning, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office – strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus
- Experience in Power BI or analytical platforms a plus
- Business proficiency in English is required
