Responsibilities

  • Lead with Vision: Drive the planning, development, and execution of paid vendor marketing strategies that align with business goals and category priorities. 
  • Own Strategic Relationships: Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for high-value partners, managing relationships and ensuring alignment. 
  • Expand the Ecosystem: Identify, pitch, and onboard new vendor partners that elevate our brand and business. 
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated, impactful marketing programs. 
  • Analyze & Optimize: Track campaign performance, report on key metrics, and provide insights to improve ROI. 
  • Negotiate for Success: Secure marketing commitments that support mutual growth and strategic alignment. 
  • Drive Strategic Planning: Contribute to quarterly, mid-year, and annual planning efforts, and lead presentations for stakeholders. 
  • Mentor & Support: Provide guidance to junior marketing team members, fostering growth and collaboration. 
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor industry developments to inform strategy and keep our marketing edge sharp. 

Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience preferred in partnership marketing, brand marketing, strategic alliances, or related marketing roles preferred 
  • Proficient in MS Office – strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus 
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Google Analytics, etc.) 
  • Business Proficiency in English is required 

Education
