Responsibilities

  • Lead Customer Insights: Design and execute research initiatives to uncover customer behaviors and segment opportunities that inform strategic decisions. 
  • Advise with Impact: Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams. 
  • Drive Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns that promote product adoption and align with business goals. 
  • Support Sales Enablement: Develop marketing programs and tools that drive demand and support sales across multiple channels. 
  • Analyze & Optimize: Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve effectiveness and ROI. 
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on industry and marketing trends to inform and evolve strategy. 
  • Communicate with Clarity: Deliver compelling presentations and reports that bring complex insights to life. 
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Ensure timely, effective, and impactful coordination with internal stakeholders. 

Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience preferred, in channel marketing, customer insights, brand marketing, or related marketing roles preferred. 
  • Proficient in MS Office – strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus 
  • Experience in Power BI or analytical platforms a plus 
  • Business Proficiency in English is required
