Job Summary
As the largest online distributor of restaurant supplies and equipment, WebstaurantStore hosts an expansive catalogue with over 430,000 products that are delivered through fast, dependable shipping. Unlike most in the e-commerce arena, almost all of our technological design, development, and systems management is done in-house, allowing us to create custom solutions within an ever-changing market. This consistent, organic growth is why we have a need for a Senior Full Stack Engineer looking to join our development initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance a React Single Page Application (SPA) with a C# backend, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Design, develop, and deploy new microservices and micro-frontends within a modular architecture.
- Integrate modern front-end technologies (React, TypeScript/JavaScript) with ASP.NET Core APIs.
- Work with relational databases to design schema, optimize queries, and improve data access patterns.
- Build solutions for statistics collection, analytics, and reporting to support QA testing initiatives.
- Write clean, maintainable code for both front-end and back-end systems, following best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the stack in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Manage code repositories and enforce source control using GIT.
- Support DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipeline maintenance and deployment automation.
- Partner with QA teams to refine and improve testing tools and workflows.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
- 4-6+ years of experience working with C# .NET technologies such as ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC, and Blazor.
- 2+ years of professional React development experience. (Required)
- Expertise with modern front-end frameworks and technologies, including TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Proficient in relational database design, SQL query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Deep understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and OOP/OOD best practices.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps workflows and CI/CD tools (e.g. TFS, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and iterative delivery.
- Awareness of QA processes and ability to collaborate effectively with testing teams.
- Strong analytical skills, adaptable to shifting priorities and multiple projects.
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
Bonus points if you have:
- TFS/VSTS/Azure DevOps experience.
- Exposure to AI concepts or application integration.
