Job Summary
We are seeking candidates to fill a full-time position supporting our Night Services team, performing detailed cleaning of our corporate campus and surrounding facilities. Candidates should have a proven employment record as a dependable, detail-oriented worker. Starting pay is well above the industry standard with an opportunity for an increase within the first 60 days. Management evaluates employee performance on an annual basis and offers bonus payouts to eligible employees. Hours: M-F 4:30PM to 12:30AM

Responsibilities
Task requirements include but are not limited to:
- General cleaning such as scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
- Collecting and disposing trash
- Cleaning and servicing restrooms
- Stocking supplies
- Periodic deep cleaning
- Washing laundry
- Minor building maintenance
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
Cleaning experience desired, but not required.
Education
