The Treasury Manager is tasked with leading the Company's treasury operations with a focus on liquidity optimization, enhancing operations, and safeguarding assets. This role is crucial in developing strategies that ensure the scalability and sustainability of company operations, addressing financial, market, and operational risks proactively to support Clark Associates' strategic goals. The incumbent will lead and develop a dynamic team of treasury professionals, ensuring team & individual growth, operational excellence, and executing on department and company initiatives.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Lancaster headquarters. Specific on-site expectations may vary and will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the candidate’s home location.

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily administration of the cash management process which includes daily journal entries, cash analysis, wire transfers, investments, borrowings, and various other cash activities.
- Monitor and oversee existing bank infrastructure including accounts, services, signatories, while managing all administrative functions such as opening, closing, and maintaining accounts.
- Create, support, and maintain end-to-end treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Review, approve and release electronic disbursements, ACH and wire payments; troubleshoot daily transaction issues as they occur.
- Own near-term cash flow forecasting and support mid- and long-range cash flow forecasts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives including recommending, evaluating, and implementing new treasury products and services.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
- Manage a highly effective team of treasury professionals by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure the teams effectiveness and professional growth.
- Oversee merchant accounts and corporate purchasing card programs across all entities.
- Analyze monthly bank fees including merchant, treasury, borrowing, and legal expenses.
- Participate in and collaborate across functional silos on strategic initiatives and goals.
- Support and oversee month end close and reporting responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.

- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.

Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate treasury function, with demonstrated expertise in cash management, treasury operations, cash flow forecasting and treasury systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
- Certified Treasury Professional preferred.
Education
