This role is on-site in Lititz, PA, but does allow some work from home flexibility.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and implement the overall vision and strategy for product photography, aligning with marketing goals and brand guidelines. Establish and champion new brand standards while upholding current standards.
- Studio Management & Optimization: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the photography studio, ensuring efficient workflows, optimal space & resource allocation, and a positive, collaborative environment. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to maximize productivity and image quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Procurement team to ensure products are accurately represented in imagery. Collaborate with Marketing, Video, Social, 3D, and Production teams to create integrated and impactful content campaigns.
- Team Leadership & Development: Drive the success of the photography, styling, pre-media, and quality control departments by leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team. This team includes photography managers, photographers, assistant photographers, set/food stylists, editors, and quality control specialists. Responsibilities encompass performance management, cultivating an innovative environment, and strategic hiring. This role manages managers and oversees individual contributors.
- Brand Guardian: Ensure all product photography adheres to established brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all channels.
- Image Quality & Innovation: Define and implement processes that elevate image quality and drive continuous improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our photography remains cutting-edge.
- Marketing Alignment: Define and communicate marketing goals for product photography and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Ensuring cost-efficiency and maximizing ROI’s.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality product photography, demonstrating a deep understanding of lighting, composition, and styling.
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce photography best practices and image optimization techniques.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including procurement, marketing, video, social, 3D, and production.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in photography software and equipment.
- Experience with food photography a plus.
