Responsibilities
- Project Sourcing & Execution: Support the planning and execution of complex, large-scale fulfillment projects which will primarily be New Store/Restaurant Opening Projects. These involve consolidating inventory from multiple warehouses within our distribution network into a single location to build a comprehensive package that includes essential supplies for opening a new store location for all partner types. Additional projects may include reinvestments, express store launches, and specialty rollouts.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact between Project Management, Fulfillment, and Distribution teams to align timelines, clarify expectations, and proactively resolve any issues that could impact order accuracy or delivery. You’ll communicate directly with project stakeholders primarily via email to provide timely updates, respond to inquiries, and address concerns, all while maintaining a professional and approachable tone.
- Manage Project Inventory: Track product availability across multiple sources and systems, identify potential shortages or disruptions, and contribute to inventory allocation decisions that drive accuracy, efficiency, and on-time project completion.
- Operational & Administrative Support: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including packing lists, shipment trackers, and stakeholder status reports while ensuring data accuracy across internal systems. Review and approve freight invoices for accuracy and compliance, supporting informed operational decision-making.
- Process Improvement & Innovation: Actively seek out opportunities to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiencies, and improve overall customer satisfaction. This may involve collaborating with a dedicated programming team to develop and implement automation solutions or process improvements.
- Learn and Grow: Gain exposure to logistics best practices, third-party logistics (3PL) processes, and project planning. Develop foundational skills in operations and supply chain management.

- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
- Experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or another related field is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
