Job Summary

The Online Order Fulfillment Manager with The Restaurant Store is responsible for managing all aspects of the customer order and fulfillment process for a retail branch location. Under direction of the Branch Manager, the Online Order Fulfillment Manager is responsible for accomplishing a variety of operational goals through effective order entry, management, and fulfillment strategies that align with the goals of our sales, purchasing, and inventory teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer orders by reviewing and analyzing the Open Order Report and communicating with customers as needed to ensure completion and satisfaction 
  • Ensure the growth and utilization of TRS.com within market reach of the branch location 
  • Lead and train the local fulfillment team to promote quick pick lists and online ordering features 
  • Develop and train the local fulfillment team within the TRS.com area of store operations 
  • Assist customers with utilizing all aspects of TRS.com ordering 
  • Communicate effectively with the Inventory and Sales Departments to maintain a consistent focus on what is best for our customers 
  • Maintain accountability with Inventory Department for accurate inventory levels 
  • Maintain accountability with Sales Department for accurate and timely communication with customers 
  • Manage customer sales issues as needed 
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store 

Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with CRM systems and project management tools 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
