Job Summary
The Inventory Recovery Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of processing products returned to our distribution center through the return portal. They will evaluate all products returned on any given return to confirm policy compliance, identify item condition, communicate any unknown or used returns to the Customer Representatives, and maintain clarity on next steps for any pending return. The Inventory Recovery Coordinator will report directly to the Reverse Logistics Inventory Recovery Manager.

Responsibilities
- Thoroughly evaluate all items returned to confirm policy compliance
- Collaborate with all Reverse Logistics team focuses to ensure proper follow-throughs for all items returned

-Out of Original Packaging
-Non-Web inventory returns
- Provide detailed comments in current and future portal to ensure the team has all appropriate information needed to identify ideal resolutions
- Communicate with Inventory Recovery Manager and Team Leader on any day-to-day needs
- Create IRs/RAs when needed
- Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership
- Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals
- Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
- 1 year+ of relevant experience in a distribution environment preferred but not required
Education

- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, etc.
