Job Summary
The Data Analyst role at Clark National Accounts is responsible for developing reporting and analytical resources that support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This position plays a key role in ensuring that leadership and cross-functional teams have accurate, well-structured, and actionable data to guide business decisions, improve efficiency, and drive profitability.
This role goes beyond report creation. The Data Analyst is expected to work with large and complex datasets, build sustainable data models, and partner with stakeholders to solve business problems through thoughtful analysis and automation. Success in this position requires strong technical ability, sound business judgment, and the ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The position regularly collaborates with leadership, finance, logistics, customer service, and project teams to improve visibility into performance, streamline manual processes, and develop tools that support scalable growth.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI and related tools to track key performance metrics
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact operational efficiency, customer programs, and financial performance
- Develop automated reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into sustainable reporting and analysis solutions
- Build and maintain pricing models, quoting tools, and analytical resources used to support customer programs and internal decision-making
- Perform ad-hoc analysis for leadership to support strategic initiatives, performance reviews, and operational planning
- Document reporting logic, data sources, and methodologies to ensure reporting remains consistent, repeatable, and sustainable
- Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and improved data visibility
- Present findings in a clear and practical way to a wide range of audiences, including managers and senior leadership
- Work independently or in partnership with management to develop solutions that balance technical accuracy with practical business needs

- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL required
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools required (Power BI preferred)
- Experience working with relational data structures and large datasets
- Experience with Python, R, or similar tools for data analysis is a plus
- Experience with financial analysis, pricing models, or quoting processes is highly desirable
- Familiarity with automation techniques, data transformation, or reporting optimization strongly preferred
- Ability to work with incomplete or ambiguous requirements and develop effective solutions
