Job Summary

Our Project Manager position is responsible for the overall success and oversight of all assigned projects. They lead and drive the entire operations of the company through the everyday decisions they make to ensure jobs are completed on schedule and budget. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K match and wellness programs.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of projects from completion of Precon to Postcon handoff 
  • Understanding the scope and complexities of every job assigned to them 
  • Maintaining communication with Internal/External customers as demanded throughout the life of the project 
  • Travel to Jobs site Via fleet car, Airplane, train Etc. 
  • Delegate takes to Construction Services team (APM, Field Coordinator, CSS’s) to keep projects on task and schedule while maintaining a presence on Job sites as required 
  • Provide strong, clear communication with project team throughout the life of the project after handoff from Preconstruction Manager 
  • Identify/Respond to RFI’s 
  • Provide weekly progress reports of all projects 
  • Oversight of all Shop drawings needed submitted for approval  
  • Coordinate any Permits required to meet code or inspections 
  • Create Change Orders as needed to keep contracts Up-to-date and accurate per revisions as needed 
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to complete work per scope 
  • Provide accountabilities for all subcontractors/trades representing CFSE on job sites 
  • Provide solutions to any issues or concerns that arise during the life of a project 
  • Ensure Project sites are maintaining schedule and adjusting as needed 
  • Coordinate warranty and demos of contracted equipment 
  • Perform Field Verifications for custom items and release in time to meet schedule 
  • Other tasks as needed by Management 

Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Positive, Team driven attitude 
  • Prior experience in Project or Process Management  
  • Willing to travel long distance as required 
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure 
  • Ambitions to succeed in a fast-paced team environment

  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Excellent written/verbal communication  
  • Excellent time management skills  
  • Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, architectural or design industries is a plus. 
  • No experience in commercial food service is expected. 

Education
