Clark National Accounts, a division of Clark Associates, is looking for a Project Management Intern to join our Project Services team for the summer. This isn't a coffee-running internship. You'll get hands-on exposure to how large-scale restaurant and retail projects come to life while owning real process improvement initiatives that help our team work smarter as we continue to grow.

Who Are We?
Clark National Accounts partners with some of the largest restaurant, retail, entertainment, healthcare, hospitality, and senior living brands in the country. We help our customers successfully open new locations by providing equipment, supplies, project management, logistics coordination, and operational expertise.
Our Project Services team has a unique opportunity to collaborate with customers, warehouses, installers, account managers, analysts, and many other teams to turn plans into reality.
As an intern, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how all those pieces work together.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Throughout the summer, you'll participate in a structured rotation across multiple areas of our Project Services organization, gaining exposure to different functions and learning how each contributes to the success of our customers.
Team Rotations
You'll spend time learning from and working alongside team members supporting:
- Restaurant & Retail Projects
- Commercial & Non-Commercial Projects
- Installation Projects
- Prospective Customer Solutions
You'll attend meetings, shadow team members, learn our systems and processes, and gain exposure to how projects move from concept to customer opening.
Own Meaningful Projects
You'll also take ownership of process improvement initiatives that directly support team efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
You'll work closely with team leaders and stakeholders to:
- Understand existing processes
- Analyze data
- Identify improvement opportunities
- Develop recommendations
- Implement solutions
- Present your results and impact
What You'll Learn

Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.
Desired Traits & Skills

- Experience in the foodservice, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service industries
- Experience using data to drive process improvements
- Leadership experience through clubs, athletics, work, or campus organizations
- Previous internship experience

Location
Hybrid: We believe in building strong team connections through in-person collaboration, while maintaining the flexibility of remote work. This position is located in our Lititz office (30 Citation Lane, Lititz, PA 17543), with two in-office days per week.
Travel
Occasional local travel for store visits, vendor events, or company meetings may occur during the internship.
