Category Analysts support category growth through new product research, setup, and proactive performance analysis across sales, GP, and quality metrics. They execute web content updates and ensure timely launches of new products.

Responsibilities

- New product research, comparison, analysis, and operational set up
- Proactive analysis of category performance – sales, GP, trends, quality control, etc.
- Executes web enhancements and new product pages, and ensures timely launch of new products
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience
- We consider applicants with diverse majors and work history; however, applicants frequently have education in Business Management, Supply Chain, Business Logistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant positions include Buyer, Procurement Analyst, Sourcing Operations Analyst, Vendor Manager, and Pricing Analyst.
- Business Proficiency in English is required
