Job Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our centralized development team responsible for building and maintaining the internal systems that power our retail operations. You'll work on highly integrated web applications that connect our physical stores, point of sale systems, order management, inventory systems, customer-facing platforms, and more.
Our team operates with a strong emphasis on collaboration and individual ownership. You'll be trusted to drive your own work while having a supportive team available for pairing, code review, and/or architectural discussions. Responsibilities
You'll contribute to a suite of internal web applications built on C#.NET Core and modern frontend frameworks, including our:
- Web-based point of sale system that’s used across physical store locations and heavily integrated with our internal systems and customer-facing website.
- Proprietary order and customer management platform, including supporting programs for retail operations.
- New internal system for managing store inventory and order fulfillment
- Core GraphQL API, the central integration hub connecting all applications (built on .NET HotChocolate).
Day-to-day work includes building new features, maintaining and improving existing systems, debugging integration issues, and collaborating with teammates on technical design decisions.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Experience
We’re open to candidates across multiple experience levels, from developers early in their career to senior engineers ready to take on more ownership.
Required:
- Experience building web applications with C# and .NET Core (including Entity Framework Core).
- Strong SQL skills with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Comfort working across the full stack (backend APIs, databases, and frontend interfaces).
- Ability to own features from concept through deployment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with HotChocolate GraphQL.
- Frontend development with Vue.js, Nuxt.js, PrimeVue, or Tailwind CSS.
- Background working on integrated systems or retail/commerce platforms.
