Job Summary

The Inventory Recovery Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of processing products returned to our distribution centers through the current and future returns portal. They will evaluate all products returned on any given RA/IR to confirm policy compliance, identify item condition, communicate any unknow or used returns to the Customer Representatives, and maintain clarity on the next steps for any pending RA/IR. The Inventory Recovery Coordinator will report directly to the Region Manager at their facility.

Important Note on Role Scope

This role is based on current business needs and volume. As business demands evolve, there may be opportunities for the selected candidate to transition into a different department within the building to support operational priorities.

SHIFT SCHEDULE

  • Monday-Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM 
  • Starting wage is $20.00/hr and a potential of up to $0.88 in raises every 6 months

  • Thoroughly evaluate all items returned to confirm policy compliance
  • Collaborate with all Reverse Logistics team focuses on ensuring proper follow-through for all items returned:
  • Used Inventory
  • Out of Original Packaging
  • Non-Web Returns
  • Provide detailed comments in the current and future portal to ensure the team has all the appropriate information needed to identify ideal resolutions.
  • Communicate with your Region Manager on any day-to-day needs.
  • Create RA’s / IR’s when needed.
  • Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work, including maintaining an accuracy equal to or above 99.25%.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership
  • Abide by all local safety policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals
  • Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation
  • All other duties as assigned by your Team Leader and Region Manager

Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Qualifications

Experience

  • 1 year+ of relevant experience in a distribution environment preferred but not required
  • Experience working in a distribution environment preferred

  • Preferred hands-on experience with IDS
