Job Summary
11400 LLC is a commercial construction and foodservice equipment specialist, focusing on K–12 and institutional projects. We are seeking a hands-on Hybrid Field & Warehouse Manager to oversee project progress in the field while leading warehouse operations, logistics, and equipment staging.
This hybrid role combines jobsite oversight, equipment deliveries, and warehouse coordination to ensure projects stay on schedule, materials are organized, and our teams are supported. The position requires travel across NC, SC, GA, TN, WV, and VA.

Responsibilities
Field Management:
- Travel to multiple job sites daily to track progress and report status
- Assist Project Managers with onsite tasks, including light hands-on work (measurements, caulking, minor repairs, general labor)
- Support equipment deliveries and installations
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Warehouse & Logistics:
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments; document project information and photograph items
- Stage and load outbound shipments
- Maintain organized warehouse inventory and project-specific storage areas
- Operate forklifts and 26’ box trucks safely; assist in crating equipment for transport
General Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple priorities and assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly with team members
- Adapt to changing project needs and assist with problem-solving in both field and warehouse environments
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.
Work Environment
- Split between warehouse operations and construction job sites
- Exposure to moving vehicles, mechanical equipment, temperature variations, dust, and moderate to loud noise levels
- All required personal protective equipment provided
Qualifications
Experience
No formal education or experience requirements; construction, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
Education
