Responsibilities
  • Ensure food products comply with all applicable federal, state, and international regulations. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes affecting the food industry and communicate relevant updates to internal teams. 
  • Communicate with vendors to collect and assess technical documentation.  
  • Maintain digital filing and tracking systems to ensure documents, including regulatory and quality records, including specifications, SOPs, and certifications, 

 are current and accessible. 

  • Support product registration and regulatory submissions. 
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of food safety and quality programs (e.g., HACCP, GMP). 
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of QA/QC procedures and results. 
  • Review customer feedback and identify food safety topics and quality trends .  
  • Document findings and corrective actions in complaint reports. 
  • Ensure timely closure of complaints in accordance with internal SOPs and regulatory timelines. 
  • Communicate outcomes to stakeholders, including customers if required.
