Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of onboarding materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Support the development of training schedules and programs for new hires and existing employees.
  • Help organize a library of training resources, guides, and SOPs.
  • Participate in the facilitation of workshops and training sessions.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to improve content and delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with departmental standards and best practices.
  • Assist in tracking employee progress and performance metrics during onboarding and beyond.
  • Develop a self-driven “Legacy Project” which will produce real-world value, and a lasting impact on the division even after your internship has concluded.
