Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user documentation: user manuals, compliance & regulatory documentation, quick start guides, labels, etc.

• Ensure documentation aligns with UL/NSF standards (e.g., UL 197, NSF 4, etc.)

• Improve documentation with higher-than-normal warranty rates.

• Manage & track projects; manage timelines and deliverables.

• Work directly with manufacturers and test labs (e.g., Intertek) to ensure compliance alignment.

• Participate in product testing to inform content

• Anticipate real world customer use and adjust instructions to ensure smooth user experience.

• Provide input on future on product labeling and instructions.

• Support internal teams with product knowledge and documentation updates.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical information and ensure documentation accuracy.

• Misc. tasks as needed.
