Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining CMMS for the respective site, developing into the site expert of the system.
Load and update inventory information, asset related records and documents.
Maintain accurate database and prepare reports as requested by Leadership.
Manage the ordering process of all parts in CMMS by evaluating usage & stock levels, generating Purchase Orders(PO) and contacting vendors to place orders.
Receive incoming materials, to include visual inspection of the materials, verification of shipping documentation, placing items in appropriate storage area, and updating CMMS. Appropriately addresses any issues during this process to include researching paperwork and making necessary contacts.
Collaboratively work with Maintenance team on non-stock items, including researching competitive pricing, affirming timelines, ordering, receiving, and distribution as appropriate.
Maintain parts in CMMS to include tracking, reporting monthly and maintaining accurate inventory levels of parts and ERSA materials; perform physical inventories as necessary.
Assist with development of resource plans and scheduling for shutdowns and regular maintenance work, both proactive and reactive, to minimize equipment downtime.
Stage required parts from corrective work orders for the completion of asset repairs.
Safely operate power equipment, including pallet riders, hand trucks and forklifts throughout the facility.
Perform other duties as assigned.
